I sold my house and as part of the sales agreement, we were to leave the washer and dryer. I did not realize this and took the washer and dryer. Dawn found a replacement for the buyer, and coordinated everything. I simply sent her the money to pay for the washer and dryer. What could have turned into a big dispute was resolved fairly smoothly. That’s what I call service after the sale!
